| Step #1: Remove the two
rubber screw covers by using a thumb tack, then remove the two small screws by using a small
phillips-head screwdriver. |

| Step #2: The faceplate is
secured by using SIX clips (shown by orange/yellow
circles, and red
circles). You have to start from the top and work your way down to
unclip all the clips. WARNING: Remove the faceplate slowly and
with care, you do not want to rip the ribbon in the
BLUE areas, if you do, your multimedia
buttons will not work anymore. Carefully detach the ribbon
connector as shown in the BLUE
areas, look at the GREEN arrows for
guidance. |

| Step #3: Remove the two
screws shown by the GREEN arrows
using a small phillips-head screwdriver, DO NOT unscrew the two
screws shown by the RED Xs.
Then unclip the multimedia board from the faceplate and remove it. |

| Step #4:
First (1) transfer the multimedia
buttons to the new faceplate. Second (2)
transfer and CLIP IN the multimedia board into the new faceplate. |

| Step #5: Replace the
screws that you took out before shown by the RED circles. Then
carefully reattach the ribbon connector. |
 |
| Step #6: Carefully snap
the new faceplate onto the phone and replace the screws and the rubber
screw covers. |
