	*Step #1: Remove the two screw covers by using a thumb tack.* *Step #2: Unscrew the two screws using a phillips-head screwdriver.* *Step #3: Pop off the faceplate by applying preasure to the marked areas with your nail or other safe object.* *Step #4: Remove the caller ID mettal square, it is easiest when done at any of the four red arrows.* *Step #5: Place the caller ID mettal square into the new faceplate as shown.* *Step #6: Snap the new face onto the phone, make sure all four areas 'click' into place.* *Step #7: Put the screws back in and then the screw covers as shown in Step #1 & #2.* *FINISHED.* Questions / Problems?   Get help at our forums!
