*Step #1: Remove the two screw covers by using a thumb tack [Marked by two red circles]. Remove the two T6 screws by using a T6 (torx 6) screwdriver [Marked by two red squares].*  *Step #2: The faceplate is secured by 6 clips, use your nail or a small flat-head screwdriver in those areas to open. [RED circles are inside view]*  *Step #3: Place the clip marked by RED circle on phone first, then click the other 6 points on the phone. Make sure the new faceplate is flush against the phone and everything is closed all around.*  *Step #4: Place back the screws and the screw covers.
